UChic Hot List: Hotwire's Travel Value List

Just in time for all you spring breakers, Hotwire has unveiled the results of its third annual Hotwire(R)Travel Value Index, which lists the top 10 cities affordable travel destinations.

They were evaluated based on which city has the best discounts and low prices on airline travel, car rentals and hotels, as well as which places have the best entertainment value.

The top 10 are as follows:

1. Phoenix                   6. Los Angeles

2. Dallas-Fort Worth     7. Washington D.C.

3. Orlando                   8. Kansas City

4. Denver                    9. Miami

5. Atlanta                   10. Milwaukee
