Summer’s finally here! It’s time to sit back, relax and have a blast with your best friends while enjoying the warm weather.
Here are some outfit ideas from Forever 21 that will allow you to have fun in the sun without breaking the bank. Forever 21 is so affordable for the college budget, making it easy and simple to get great outfits for a small budget.
We’ve put together five outfits that you need for the summer months.
This first outfit is great for going shopping, hanging out with friends or going to a party. Tribal prints are still all the rage this season and are now printed on shorts and sandals. I also included a chiffon shirt would look cute with a tribal bandeau underneath. I included flats with the tribal pattern as well to keep up with the pattern. I love this look for even walking around town doing errands.
This second look I called “Boho Chic.” There are a lot of patterns that give off that boho vibe, and I thought that this T-shirt embodied it the best. I love this elephant tribal tank top. This shirt can be worn with so many different pairs of shorts. Its rainbow colors give you the opportunity to wear this shirt with literally any color. I picked black because it makes the shirt stand out more, but you can wear basically any color shorts. I also picked mint-colored Vans to give off an edgier boho vibe.
This third look is probably my favorite out of all of them. I included a lace top in this set because lace is so versatile. Lace can really dress up an outfit! I found these amazing patterned shorts that look great with this top as well. This outfit is dressy enough to be worn at a backyard party or grad party this summer or out to lunch with your friends. To finish off this look, I found this pair of Havaianas that matched perfectly with the same color blue in the pair of shorts. This cute and preppy look can also be an adorable date look.
This next look is for the girls who like to dress edgy. There have been a lot of vests and tie-up shirts that I’ve seen lately, and I figured I’d add them into these outfits. I added a studded vest and studded sandals to keep the "punk rock" look going. I like that the tie-up shirt is plain because you can switch it with any pair of shorts. Like the elephant tee before, you can alternate shorts and create different outfits with this shirt. This outfit is great for a shopping trip or an outfit for vacation!
This fifth and last look is another outfit for a date night. Summer is a time to break out the tropical patterns. Going on vacation or a luau? This dress is perfect for the nice weather! I included these light blue wedges also that matched this cute tropical dress. This is great for a restaurant, picnic or a carnival!
