Glad to hear you are having a good time in Paris. Make sure when you go to Florence to take a tour of the Uffizi gallery which has tons of awsome Italian art...the most in the world I've heard. When you have time head over to Galleria dell'Accademia they have the statue of Michelangelo's David; just don't take any photos esp. with a flash because you'll either get yelled at or kicked out...I snuck a photo in when I was there 6 years ago. Keep writing about your trip, it's interesting reading it all. Florence is a great city to walk around at night in and grab a panini and watch the street performers. Have fun!
