Okay ladies, here’s the tale of the young Lady Werewolf. You may know her quite well because hey, she just might be you or a friend of yours. I’m going to share a personal story of my Lady Werewolf-ness. Wait, am I allowed to add “ness” onto any word? Oh well! This is important; grammar will not be an issue in this blog.

I remember being 13 years old and asking my mother would it be alright if I shaved my legs when I wore skirts over the summer. She thought about it for awhile but eventually said yes. Shaving was cool because I liked the way my skin felt right after. My skin was silky smooth and it looked a lot better. But then the hair started to grow back quicker and thicker for some strange reason. Once I turned 18 years old another friend of mine put me onto the Nair hair removal products because it was easier than shaving and it lasted longer. I loved it, until at the age of 20 I realized there’s has got to be another way. My skin wasn’t getting irritated by the razor anymore but my hair still grew back quicker and thicker.

So ladies, I’ve come to share something that I have found now embarking on my 21st year of living. I’ve discovered waxing is not only a quicker process but the hair grows back slower and the hair is actually finer. Don’t be alarmed; most people think waxing is very painful, but I found it to be very painless and I have a very low pain-threshold.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of nair, and shaving just seems quicker and more conveinient, but maybe one day I'll try waxing!
