I have nothing against Zappos.com. I've ordered from them before and have been impressed with their service. But I can't seem to shake the feeling that I'm ordering second-hand shoes from a sketchy warehouse somewhere. So I was pleased to find SoleStruck.com. They offer the same things Zappos do (free shipping and 365-day returns) and is designed exclusively for "women who love cute, one-of-a-kind boutiques, but not their markups or limited hours."

I've also ordered from Zappos, and was happy with the service, but Solestruck representatives have gone above and beyond to answer my questions. Their operators are always so friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Solestruck over Zappos any day!
